DLC Pack Transfer Question

Hi I was wondering if a GM could help me get my DLC pack transferred from Orsha to Klaipeda. I sent a ticket on 4/27 and just wanted to know if:

  1. If its possible to get the DLC Pack transferred
  2. Estimated time of how long it would take if possible

If it still in your mail (message box) you could but, if you’ve already sent it to your char you probably can’t get it anymore.
