Hi, I would need an extra attention here from your support since my case was a little complicated.
my ticket is still unanswered after a week. I filed another ticket 2 day ago (about something else) and that new ticket was answered today.
so it is safe to assume that my first ticket last week was left unanswered and nobody on your support team want to look at it.
I’m not gonna post any private data here but I would share my case here.
First here are something you need to remember about my case :
I bought my DLC pack last [May 4 2016]. Invoice ID: 851555457661832xxx but I only open it last [June 2, 2016]
I remember the one that I click that day was the DLC 1-1 (I believe that was the 50% discount people are talking about that time, take note that I bought it May 4 2016… that’s almost a week after the announcement of 50% discount DLC’s)

I created a new character and this is when I plan to open what I bought last [May 4,2016]
But for a surprise what I receive was DLC pack 2. I look at my paypal transaction and it was indeed stated DLC pack 2…
so maybe it was really my mistake for not checking it.
but here’s the worst part…
if indeed that was a DLC pack 2 then how come the price of it is higher than my DLC pack 1?
this is where I’m lost.
DLC pack 2 contains no stat/skill reset potion, no hoglan brochure and no hanaming doll and (they say only 30day token). yet the price is much more than my DLC pack 1 [bought Mar 19 2016]… that’s totally a scam there.
I do not ask for a refund since I already receive the content. what I want is an answer of what happen on this transaction.
