I still haven’t received my DLC rewards from Founder’s Server: Exclusive Access 1-1 pack. I have sent 2 support tickets on 6/5/2016 with a reply that it will be fixed soon. Please IMC can you look into this or provide refunds if the items cannot be given to my account.
you probably have to contact them directly, not on the forums, for that issue.,

No use, i also bought veteran pack on 4/6/2016 then after buying i did not receive it too.
i saw the news on tree of savior and i submitted total 4 already tickets thru their support.
All the reply was copy and paste, only saying they are looking into it but no dateline or how long will i receive it.
Its been 1 week already, and the last ticket i sent did not get a reply.
They did not say whether will they give me the veteran pack or any refund.
What is the difference between being scammed and this? Seriously
