Just makes it much easier to hit, which is great. I got so frustrated when I used it right in front of an enemy and it kinda hit the ground and I had to wait for the cooldown! Now I hit it while facing a mob and it’s pretty certain that we’ll get something with the debuff. This is a very welcome change.
