interesting that the event that was here only for the server for new accounts in korea was for everyone
prolly cause international server is struggling with players, so they made the server to get more players? Only thing I can think of.

Maybe they are planning to give some surprise to the old server.
Maybe IMC like koreans more.
Itโs probably Nexon that demands better events for the Korean server so the Korean players pay them more money.

itโs actually because the western ToS community is completely apathetic, and does not charge IMC for a better job

It may also be because the company is Korean and because the largest number of players come from there, but I agree that the player base in the West is very discouraged.
