Guys please up vote my suggestion in the feedback section of DiscordApp.

Discord App is a free to use and free to own a server voice chat app that was developed for gamers. It’s free and it’s light weight. The only missing is the overlay support for our game, Tree of Savior. So please, kindly up vote and enjoy the app.

Voted for this one. Being able to know who we’re chatting with without alt+tabbing would be a real godsend.
