Disconnection for no reason on my 2nd character

Bug Description :
Im a return player, just log back in to take a look. My 1st character have no problems and was playing all fine for hours since update.But this 2nd charc had been getting disconnection for no reason in short while. I log on this 2nd charc play for even few seconds and it just disconnect. Also I notice I unable to use goddess statue to teleport fast travel point.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. login and plays 2nd character name Phagyi
  2. Ingame play for few seconds or sometime few minutes and gets disconnected
  3. Game returns to login screen where you choose server sometimes it will send me back to team lodge charc selection.

I’m also having this exact same issue with the difference being that I’m on North America Klaipeda and unable to interact with Knight Titus, the very first NPC you automatically receive a cutscene and quest from upon approaching.

Please address this issue please, I’ve accepted the Welcome Back and Goddess Lada’s and etc on this second character that I didn’t even get to play, but feel obliged to be playing now…

im guessing its due to the old transition. I remembered creating this 2nd charc but didn’t play it thus leaving it at lv1 at the map before orsha. I even had to do the tutorial of moving around etc but no main quest to lead me.
Adding with this bug of disconnection took me forever just to travel into orsha and the game keeps dc me like every few sec most 1min. I tried pressing space interact with goddess statue doesn’t work.

I’ve got the exact same issue on a Lvl 1 Character, it has all the Welcome Back stuff…

No quest at all, and after 1 min i get disconnected to server selection or lodge
Any solution?

I got no replies till now so I just give up and delete the charc away. well good bye to my welcome back reward. :smiley:
