Bug Description : when loading screen pops up
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. select server > cannot connect
  2. select character > cannot connect or loading error
  3. try multiples times until u can get in
  4. change channel , warp to a map or try to get inside dungeon then again dc.
