Disconnecting USB Headset doesn't redirect the sound on the laptop speakers

Bug Description :
When I launch the game with my USB headset (Logitech G430), it works fine. If I disconnect it, I have no sound anymore.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Connect your usb headset and launch the game
  2. Disconnect your headset
  3. There is no sound on the laptop speakers

That is probably a laptop problem. You have to manually switch to your laptop speakers from the speaker option .

Its a common problem. Right now a lot of usb headsets comes with internal audio drivers, being recognized by the pc as another device, not an extension of the audio driver of the motherboard. Tree of savior just don’t have a recognition of audio devices so it just use the one that was setted on the game start up, if it dissapears the game will:

A) continue to use the device (even if its not there, that is why it doesn’t sound)
B) your game will crush.

In FFXIVARR it’s a known issue.
