Bug Description :
We were in dungeon and the game suddenly crashed and we were disconnected. It consumed us one dungeon entry

Yep happens twice to my friend and I. They never responded to our posts and essentially closed out tickets. No compensation.

It seems they are simply ignoring the problem…
It’s been days since this bug started (since they transferred accs to other servers) and they haven’t even acknowledge it as a “known issues”.
Some times I can complete all 3 runs without problem, sometimes my whole party gets DC and we lose the run.
It looks like this only happens with “search party” function. I just lost 2 runs from 145DG before even getting to the second boss, and the 3rd one I entered with a pre-made party and it was fine.
And the bad part is this can happen to any dungeon and any mission you use the search party option…
Well…hope they fix it soon… it’s really annoying to keep losing runs one after another…
In their defence, they have probably gotten hundreds of tickets about this. I’m kind of surprised they didn’t give any response though 
. They should have at least given you a copy+paste “we’re working on it” response.
If compensation is going to be given, it would be given to everybody, not just you, so that part makes sense.
