so ive tired over 10 times and still same prob even tried restarting client any one can help?

bumping again still stuck with this sigh
My game crashed once after completing the name of my team.
Restarted the game, got past that, tried to create a character—game crashes. Restarted game, tried to create character… same thing happens. And again.
Gonna keep trying!

Ahaha. Looks like we both won’t be able to make it out of the"Lodge" screen for a while yet.
Is there there an error log for the game stored anywhere? Can’t tell or source what the issue is for the life of me…
i wish a admin would help us out here every one eles is to busy playing to even check forums lol

Still crashes after clicking that “create character” button for me. In one of my attempts, I had a screen of pure white, only my mouse pointer and the game BG music were playing. How odd.
By the way, do you use an AMD GFX card? Just wonder if the issues are more prominent with AMD users…
yea i use a 6570 lol but urs seems to be a diffrent issue than mines im just getting disconnected from sever
I see. My game just closes without any notification.
It might be gfx-related but my card is certainly more than able to run this game. D;
edit: I think it would be great to have the config menu, including that for graphics, available at this screen too (I don’t see it anywhere so I can only assume it can only be found in-game).
At least I would be able to tamper with some settings to see if it would actually help me get past this screen.
edit2: tried a few different settings by editing user.xml. Switched off extra effects–fxaa, depth, fog, bloom, etc. Tried fullscreen, borderless and windowed mode. Same problem. Oh well.
edit3: should report here as I did in my own topic. I resolved my issue by verifying game cache and reinstalling. Thanks.

So the problem has occurred once again as i was playing fine whole day but now when i reach to the lodge it disconnects me from the game within a few seconds is it because severs get crowded now?
Same thing happen to me around the same time idk if the server is just down or what
well i submitted a ticket so waiting to see what happens dont think the severs down since this happened to me yday to
It also did to me to i saw your post yesterday and read about the admin giving instructions and etc. I reinstalled and like you it worked till about an hr ago where i just disconnect after char selection.
think around this time sever gets crowded or some thing causing this to happen wat he said to do dident really work i got in around 3:30amEST was fine for the whole day and as soon as it hit 6-7pm est this happens again
Exactly the same for me and it was close to 7pm. Well I will just wait to see what happens
im guessing might prob have to wait till 3:30am again sighs this is frustrating as i normally have work in the day and want to play in the night but cant
hmm it would be very weird for it to have access at particularly 3:30 am. However, I wonder what would cause only being able to play from 3:30 am EST to aprox. 7 pm EST
