How to fix [server : Varena]
Disconnect while changing map
Did anyone face this problem too? When I try to go from one map to another map, it went disconnect…And yet, its go to the server selection page, once click again its show “Cannot connect to server”
me too, my server: SA
my game load only 75% and no finish, after Cannot connect to server.
Need wait acess 30 or 40 min
if i connect in other server, is ok

I made the whole process and had no problem file.
I continue with the same problem, the game starts to load and carries 75%, is still some time there and back to the character selection screen.
There is connection problem, as tested on other internet and continued the same.
It is also no problem on the computer because I tested on another machine
What makes me most upset is that it happens often entering a dugeon and the time it takes to be able to go back already lost all dugeon, the worst part of all this is that I am using reset voucher and losing them all by a bug game.

I’m experiencing this problem now after the updates last tuesday July 19, 2016 and issue on this thanks
Guys, just reinstall the game. It helped me to resolve the problem
