Disconnect on Solmiki

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Bug Description :
My Party members was in game when the game freezes and disconnects them, then when they tries to enter Earth tower , the game says that they don’t have insufficient dungeon entries.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :Keyboard / Joystick.

Me and my friends have lost more than 10 boxes because of the Disconnect since the start of the party, and we’ve lost 5 boxes since the Rank 9 patch, please IMC help us.

everyone I’ve partied with and all my guild member including me is facing this problem since the maint last week. I’ve posted a thread on this problem also but so far IMC have yet to respond and this week’s patch doesn’t fix this problem.

The bug is not on the disconnect, it happens when you try to go in after you get disconnected on your 2nd try (2/2 run) and it wouldn’t let you

And what about everyone who lost their runs? me and my party? i’ve spend more than 50 hours on Solmiki to loose some boxes because someone of my party has been disconnected. i think that not only my Group but the people who is loosing their runs need something to compensate.
