I just wanted to express my disappointment regarding the latest patch notes and the ones before… Not even a statement (AFAIK) about the server problems or things like monster spawn.
I sincerely hope communication between IMC and community will improve. How about sneak peaks of planned changes for example?
No grand opening for F2P players. Just your ordinary maintenance.

Abysmal. Not a single thing the community wanted fixed or changed was addressed.
They obviously dont play or care about the game or want to maintain any sort of player base.
Where is the increased monster spawn rate? Cross server queues for NA/SA servers? Market fixes? Optimization?

First, you are not IMC. If IMC had stated this:
In a less stupid and formal way, it would actually satisfy many players. At this point its almost as if IMC is unaware.
If IMC is aware (which they really should be), then addressing the problem, and being transparent with us about what they are doing to resolve it is necessary.
