Disappearing Items / Storage

Apart from other laggy problems (european region player) i lost an item, the bad thing it was a Boss-Item, so i cannot recollect it.
I opened the Storage, right clicked the Item: Yonazolem Fragment, and than it was away…, next item was normally going in the storage, but this one is lost, and I need it for my Recipe @.@

same for me I loot the chupacabra desert’s ear and loot is staying on the ground and never came in my inventory when it is I who kill monster
