Something like level 15 or 20 or maybe higher
This + constant ban on spammers will help somewhat.
While this will not stop spammers, it might lower the numbers, at least a little bit

It really is pointless to have shout chat on a very low level because only bots still hanging on the low levels will need to extensively use the shout chat.
I reckon that the game should at least require the character to be at level 30 before it could talk in the shout chat.
This will get rid of bots but bots are paying TPs to improve the server so I don’t know what’s better.
With the 1:1 trade system disabled I don’t know how they can sell something.
This HAS to happen. Make it level 50. This game’s ridiculous engine suffers so much just from large blocks of text. I can’t believe how bad this is.
I agree. Make it 50 or higher though. Since you have no reason to smega at level 15… At 50 there’s a dungeon so it makes sense to have them.
