If someone else can confirm this, but it seems to me that Statue of Goddess Laima is not decreasing CD by 20%. When I hover over a skill it applies the 20% CD, but when the skill is used It doesn’t seem to apply.
It functions by making your cooldowns tick down faster while in effect. It doesn’t change the actual cooldown.
The statue is working as intended. The tooltip cooldown calculation is incorrect.
For example, Incineration has a 16 seconds cooldown. With Laima the cooldown on the skill icon starts at 12 seconds, but the tooltip shows 9 seconds cooldown.
16 - 20% = 12, so it’s correctly applied, while the tooltip is drunk as hell.
Yea, the statue is working correctly, it’s just the cooldown on the tooltips that are being incorrectly shown.
