Dievdirbys bug?

Just got to dievdirby and I noticed something with my CD reduction carving (Statue of Goddess Laima). I have it level 1 to just test it out so I carved it then used level 5 Divine Might (has regular 27 sec CD). My cooldown was still 27 seconds which I times on screen and off screen with my phone stop watch. Then I tried casting the skill first then carving second, no difference.

Does this skill only affect part members? Im a solo player so I cant really test it but the description doesn’t state that either. I THINK this skill is not working.

Edit: I also tested the Statue of Goddess Zemyna (sp reduction) and it did reduce my mp cost of the skill. The Sp recovery time reduction i’m not sure about? I think that means you get sp at regular intervals - 5 sec with the statue up, which is kind of just a bonus.

tested the same issues here. Actually the cd statue does work sometimes and dont others . Dunno if its intended but imo its a bug.

Yea I had party members say it worked and others say it didn’t. I’m chalking it up as a bug because I’m pretty sure it should affect anyone with the buff on their buff bar including yourself but it doesn’t all of the time, not even half the time.

I recall a workaround was to do cd statue first, then the sp statue right after in ktos. Perhaps it still works in itos. But yes, a bug.
