is this skill worth upgrading? It says it minuses movement speed per skill level so… does that mean if u get it at max rank it decreases monster movement to the point they cant move?
for some mobs yes (thought they need to have really low base ms), usually just upgrade this skill till it’s up 100% of the time (lvl5)
