do laima still bugged? owl lvl 5 worth ? cd reduction of laima affect all skill ?or juz certain skill ?
It’s still bugged for iTOS.
It was claimed to be fixed in kTOS most recent patch.

At the moment you have to use zemyna to bypass the bug, which is annoying, but playable. So yes it’s still definatly worth it.
Laima is awesome just for movement debuff.
laima can affect all skill?
No.
It doesn’t affect some very specific skills such as Bloodletting, Healing Factor, Barrier, Divine Might, and some others.
The current bugged version we have in iToS works like this:

Skills with overheat (any overheat amount) gets their CD always reduced and working perfectly.

Skills without overheat sometimes get their CD reduced, sometimes not. Sometimes their CD will also be reduced outside Laima, but it’s very random.
I haven’t tested the thing with Zemyna, as my build does not include it. But hopefully we’ll get the kToS fix soon.
If you place zemyna after laima, the cd reduction gets applied to all skills casted within range.

I just tried it zemyna then laima
Actually its still not working o.o
Among all my current skills only heal got reduced cooldown , safety zone/cure/zaibas didnt get it it was still the original cooldown o_o
Try swapping your weapon, that usually fixes laima not working properly.
No idea why though.
