Your build is actually pretty good.
Skill changes:
Lethargy 1, 2 levels on it is useless, 1 point for EQ is enough, put points into EBolt because it reduces the minimun cast time.
No points for firewall, 5 points for fireball.
Physical Link 5 max (max 5 people in party), Unbind not so needed, invest the rest into Hangmans.
Sorc is fine and Featherfoot looks fine (don’t really know FF)

we won’t know what truly works on iobt until we try it and even then some people can make one build work and others don’t…
it’s all about how you play 
salamion doesn’t drain sp after it’s summoned and is great bait xD
ty guys for the feed back … i no salamion dont drain sp but i want to pick between bats or salamion… bats do an debuff and 10% chance of aoe… now just got to wait tel the 29
