As a fletcher, is the Didel Kracked Shooter hands down better or can a Catacombs Shooter be better? I’m pairing with manamana.

You’ll have a more consistent damage output. Upgrade-wise, on the same level of upgrades you’ll get more from DKS than Cata Shooter.
Just my 2 cents. I haven’t personally tested a DKS (wish I have one) but on paper it just seems better.
PVP, Catacombs Shooter maybe better especially on leather wearers.
Have you considered Superior Kracked Shooter instead? It’s barely any different from DKS.
Oh, I just crafted a DKS, so debating whether to craft a Cata as well.
