I did not feel any difference, is it that some addon is disturbing? Or was it a very small change?

I feel like that patch was small (can’t really know i have very fast internet). Changing the game to support VC++2015 would require lot lot of changes … no ?
Normally, it’s a good idea to remove all addons prior to maintenance and/or patch updates.
Play the game without 'em for a bit and see if you notice anything different (improvement or otherwise).
Yes, but for the 3 minutes I’ve been in the game my FPS still remains the same, and even consumption of RAM memory
