As topic mentioned, I’m pretty sure many think that this is true, but I didn’t find any announcement supporting this.
Also, there are announcement that the server will only be moved few weeks after f2p.

Unless they officially announce it, don’t expect it to happen, you can always check the server-list xml file and see if the IP in there for Tels is the one they list for EU and SEA ping test thread, one sure way if they have or haven’t, just don’t edit anything.

I don’t think so. It is just the migration of server data (i.e. characters etc.). Physical move will probably be nearer to the F2P date
what? they mentioned weeks ago that server location changes are scheduled a few weeks after f2p launch which hasn’t happened yet
F2P has been pushed back to mid-may from the report around the forum
