Did I void my returning player bonus tomorrow?

Yeah, I sent in a ticket about this.

I also suggested the returning player event to them, I am happy they listened.
Just hoping I get to be eligible for it even though I’ve logged in but haven’t really played on it.

I’m rly angry about this events. I’m not a “new” player, i did return to the game with an old acc with 2 chars (one lvl 35 and another lvl 3 - the game was buggy and laggy) on april 15. So, I didn’t get any “welcome back pack” like the one that was giving to new accs just before this patch, then I thought “well, life goes on”. I kept playing solo and lvling my sw… aaaaand i’m lvl 210 with like 1 and a half months.

Now they do the same thing for new accs or inative players… thus, someone who create an new acc could possible lvl up 4 chars super easy with op itens (even if they’ll be deleted) and xp bonus, while I’ll just need to login EVERY DAY to get some itens? (They can get this itens as well, right?).

And more: Told 2 friends to wait for the new patch so we could start new chars together, and since they don’t have an account, they will get all the coool stuff… They will lvl faster, have better weapons, etc. Ok, they could possible “carry” me in the lvling process, but it just don’t looks fair. =/

Yup I’m in the same boat here. I updated my game and logged on last week for about 2 mins, then logged off to change my settings. Haven’t gotten on since. I’d be bummed if I didn’t get to participate in this.

Add another “Me Too” to this list. I popped on this month first to confirm my Team Name for the “r8 the new website” fbook event, and then popped on again (and ran a merc mission) to figure out my steam controller settings (I have no idea where my ps4 controller is).

I’ll poke support as well, just in case .

No returned savior benefits for the folks that logged in this month… Got a reply for my support ticket

u should just make another steam acc so that u will get a lot!! of exp tome

Make new account and join new player event…should hit you up to 170+ within 1 day with 4 dungeon reset, and you left with tons of x8 tome, i think you will reach at least 260+ or rank 8 with all the 17 x8 tome and 35 fortune cookies. easy game

Seeing as there is a returning player event arriving shortly, there is confusion as to who is eligible for the event.
I have logged into that account recently but I did not play it much at all just to check out things on market and see my items and things.
I don’t know if I am not eligible for the event. Since it vaguely states that it’s before May 2017.

My question is more in terms of the new character bundles.
I’ve noticed with the new character bundles “new players” get bundles that greatly increase their abilities to level up their characters. As a returning player after a year away from the game I am curious why there was no way to delete a team from my steam account; I will not create another steam account so I can get the benefits from the bundles.
However I would greatly like to benefit from the new character bundles. I have many games on my steam account and I cannot just freely make a new account. That being said why is it not possible as an old returning player wanting to make new characters be barred from the benefits of the bundles?
I supported this game greatly when it first started and even gifted a few friends with the game and bought tp bundles at the start of the game. After the game crashed and burned from the gameplay and the lack of quests at level 230+ (I was forced to grind non stop) I quit the game at level 252 when the game’s max level at that time was 280.
Now with the increase of the current cap of levels and the introduction of rank 8 and 9 (soon)
I find it unfair that I cannot participate in the bundles.
Instead I am stuck playing the same gameplay that made me quit in the first place.

So being unable to participate in the bundles makes me want to quit the game as I see new players that have absolutely 0 knowledge of the game outlevel me on 3 seperate characters while I am leveling 1 character. I recently got my character to level 184 doppelsoeldner where a new player friend I recently aquired has leveled a doppel, chrono and cata to 220+ in the same amount of time.
Motivation to play this game decreases as I have to greatly increase my efforts to level a character, making me want to quit the game once again and not support it.

P.S. This was me investing 8-12 hours a day for 1 week.
So again you lose loyal players that have brought money and other players to the game.

Well I’m a returning player but guess they’re not going to treat me as one. I logged in when I heard about big patch.

Create a new char to test the “steps to 100” event annnnd got this message: “you’ve been around for a while”. Yeah, one week before… GG.

I’ll keep logging in just to get the itens from the girl and quit the game until the next event for “returning players” so i can lvl up up to 4 chars to lvl 260+ or so within 2 weeks.

The game is all about new or inactive players. Logged a week before the event date? too bad… ■■■■ YOU. :smiley:

I didn’t get my free character slot either from the other event. :frowning: My new Wugushi build dependz on it.

FAIL RETURNING PLAYER EVENT i just logged on the day before event and now my account is not eligible for the event. it says before the month of may not before the event so i logged on and now wer fcked.

They fix’ed Silute then I came back. It’s a lot better now. But then I miss the returning player event. This isn’t fun guys. Really, not fun. IMC disappointing a lot.
