resets every 12:00 PM +8GMT , 
i got my silver anvil 14 days

already turned in my 2nd day of hunting season, day1 got exp tome, at 2am got an silver anvil, got 2 attendance reward boxes too, 100k n 50k on the lottery rolls
I also always thought it resets at 6. It’s actually 12 for the events.
