Yeah, It got nerfed a while back.
Guardian Arts is also getting its magic reflect replaced with Missile reflect.
It seems like IMC makes to make Peltasta into a physical reduction focused tank, though guardian still works on magical damage.
How do you tank magical damage then?

barrier+stone skin:magical aura+resist element+sanctuary
