If not yea… the character’s head twitches constantly nonstop it’s kinda creepy and funny. I’ve noticed this as well, I thought it was just my old controller freaking out 
Especially during casting of skills that require a charge, my character’s head would freak out.
It also does that sometimes if you move whit keys, moving around whit a mouse seems to be the only time this doesn’t happen.
I didn’t had this problem, strange.
It Happened for me too if I was in keyboard mode and move in a diagonal direction
