I did some testing on the Peltasta and from what I’ve tested, this is what I’ve come up with.
- It would appear that it doesn’t block, but rather increase your block chance significantly.
- It’s very hard to get a block off mobs higher level than you
- This could mean that block can be bypassed with accuracy or block penetration (duh)

- Does leveling up the attribute for guard increase your block rate
