My Dhrag Necklace +10 range only seems to apply to basic attacks and not skills. Has this always been the case? It’s very lackluster for such a high-end rare item if the range doesn’t apply to melee skills.

Don’t know how it’s supposed to interact with skills but that neck seems like a nice buff for a dex build (because basic attack)
Find an oracle to see if it changes with and without on the hitbox. It might just that there is a cap on attack range on some skills. From what I see it affects fencer skills, but they are limited to weapon range, meaning that additions would affect it, where a skill like spear throw may not. I don’t have one so I can’t test myself.
