When I was farming lvl 170 DG, I was freezed and the debuff never ended (only when I died >_>)

Looks more like you getting frost continuously by the mobs. its like some mobs with knockback and you agro too many each mob taking turn hitting u thus getting endless skilled till you die.
You can see the debuff not going away.(Stuck at 0sec)
It was pretty common bug in pvp mostly to get stuck like that, i’m not that surprise.
