DEX-hype and FS PvE Priest solution

I’ve been wondering, what stat build to choose on my priest for a while.

Str, Con - for PvP or monk.
Int and Spr - buff few spells each.
So, naturally, my attention caught skill Monstrance.
It buffs party for [10+30%DEX] DEX.
With all this DEX hype around, I thought that’s it!
So, will full DEX become a future of PvE support priests?

Where did you get the 10+30% Dex information? Cant find it

Tested it. This info is nowhere around. The eng translation only says ‘give you and your party DEX’

Fail plan.
Further testing showed that it gives 10+30%{target’s dex}dex to target.

So, just cool buff, that needs only 1 skill point.
