I just said that you will not happy with your build. trust me, not in PVE and not in PVP. andn o im not wrong, I have a 280 C3 cataphract on ktos and now on itos.
Swrdc2 is bad for pvp because 20% restrain is just not worth it, so c1 or c3. But hop you are definitely wrong and if you do play kTos like me you know it is not a bad class for pvp. The problem is that swordsman in general aside from cata3 is bad for pvp. But everyone on pvp uses plate which is weak against pierce and for pve hop is definitely the strongest. As a hopc2corsairc2 if i land a spear lurge+haxen is KO, The problem is doing getting there.
As for you. Around 100 its fine.

hop is useless for PvP, period.
There are only 2 classes that are good for PvP SW3,Cataphract3,Corsair, everything else is useless, corsairs just pick HOP because there is nothing better atm, but they are still ■■■■.
Hoplite 1 in Cata build only useful for access to 1H Spears (which outclass 2H atm), but you already have Dragoon which does the same, sooo…
Still, it’s a very common mistake with Cata builds. And having restrain lvl5 still better then nothing.
How the hell did I contradict mt self buddy? Cata is strong because of mobility. Swordsman is weak in general because of no gap closer. In burst wise hop c2+ will always win.
People follow meta but have no idea why lol.
