"Destroy the magic power supply device" quest can't be completed

At the end of quest “Destroy the magic power supply device” Revelator Mihail is not changing his position so quest can’t be returned.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Do quest objectives
2. repeat

Same as above Kalipedia server. I’ve restarted the quest relogged reverified intergrity and reinstalled and this quest is uncompletable.

Yeah same. Only difference is that sometimes Mihail will despawn from his original location and sometimes not. Atleast sometimes he is trying
