Ok So I am turning to the community because I don’t know what is wrong with the tp system but I bought tp when I first got on because I really like the game, that showed up fine. I bought a dlc bundle afterwards for $10 and it hasn’t shown up. I have sent over 7 tickets and every time they tell me to just check the tp tab.I do it and there is still nothing there. I then got one ticket that actually sent me a different message, and they asked for picture proof which I don’t get… they should be able to see that I bought it, but I uploaded a picture anyway. I sent my last ticket today because that ticket was never responded to, and I sent all information with picture proof still nothing, please fix this… its kinda lame that someone can spend money on this game and get nothing for it, especially since steam won’t refund me my money because the item is non refundable.
Sorry if I am stating the obvious, but are you sure you are checking the correct place?
Depending on how long ago you bought your TP it might have been sent through mail, now there is a button beside the mini-map.
Also type in
/retrieveAllItems
With a capital A and I
If this is an actual command, I will be very upset with the ticket staff for not suggesting he run that fist.

That command should have worked. Also, did he finish his transaction on steam? After adding funds, make sure to go back and authorize.
TP appears in TP pack… DLC bundles in the GM messages in the lodge… I know it’s a dumb sugestion, but, did you look there?
You need to check off the box corresponding to the correct bundle in Steam when you start the game.
The game does not recognize that you even have it, because you have not “installed” the bundle.
Just as @raikoseifuu said, TP and DLC are received differently.
