i think it is -10% defense per stack, 10 stacks apply “Armor Broken” status that just sets enemy def to 0.
are you SERIOUS?? then… i pretty much shot myself on the foot by not taking even 1 point in it O_o i it felt bad from the description… darnit… would appreciate a second person confirming what has been said, might have to buy a skill reset potion if so.
even something as fancy sounding as “set enemy defense to 0” isnt as potent as you might imagine it to yourself due to linear attack-defense mechanic. So even if enemy had 100-200 armor, then after it being broken your autoattacks and physical skills would hit 100-200 damage more. It also takes some time to setup and lasts a very limited time to capitalize on it.
fair enough. Then, having deprotect lvl 3 for it to last 10 sec with 13 sec cooldown, if the weakened armor debuff last 5 seconds, then the armor break from it should have a 100% uptime.
What is the duration of the weakened armor debuff? or does it last only as long as deprotect zone exists? if so, then you would need a full 5 point to make it worth (14 sec duration and potentially 16 with divine might)
Last time i played with deprotect was during iCBT2. If i recal correctly as long enemy is in deprotect zone and you hit it with a sword - you will stack weakened armor (5 sec, refreshed with each new stack) once you reach 10 stacks it transforms into armor broken and wont stack anymore until debuff wears off.
The main impact from deprotect zone comes from character’s spirit during initial cast anyway, everything else is just a nice bonus. Dont get too hyped about it.
P.S. i dont remember exact durations but i do remember that i wasnt impressed by effect, so… its up to you.
Their is a caveat about the armor break debuff. The debuff itself does nothing if deprotection zone isn’t currently on the target at the same time.

You can get an extra 5 seconds on deprotection zone with an attribute
thanks, then, unfortunatly, that means that the armor break debuff wont be refreshed upon further sword basic attacks, if so, then you need 10 whole basic attack to get this debuff first, and then it wont stay that long after.
Since people have more and more skills the higher you get, i get the feeling that its not gonna be as nice as i hoped, if it worked the way you described. Also, with the abundance of spear users for swordsman, or potentially rapier users, only dopel would get any use, if lucky enough to get one.
