I understand you, I would not like to face a player abusing bugs as well … but you have to understand that in the match that you played against it, it was only abusing the bug because one of the gm’s asked him to record, but now that We know that most GM’s here are newbies and make random decisions, to avoid this kind of confusion, I hope you recover your account ASAP

If this was the case then why did he continue to use the bug in the subsequent TBLs? We have another video in which he used the bug again as soon as TBL reopened.

There’s 2 videos where he uses it twice with different people plus one picture where he uses it with different people.
Seems awful a lot of reproducing for just one report. 
Seems fishy to me.
Edit. Oh and his own bug report too with yet again different people.
So he has used it in at least 4 matches.
He may have abused the bug more often, I do not put my hand in the fire for him … but what is happening here is not about the bug leaving the arena, he was banned for receiving only 1 of magical damage due to Your high MR, For the newbies GM’s, if you have a high magic defense in this little game with poor mechanics, you are an exploiter and you will get banned,And if you join TBL and your duo has a high magical defense … you will also be banned

In another topic created by the Vaca complaining of the ban and the GM said that he took ban for not taking dmg due to the bug sitting on summoning outside the arena and not because he has high MR
I read the other topic, no where does it say he was banned for that reason. That is simply just a conclusion based on a slightly vague statement.
Makes me wonder if you read it or just being biased cause you’re a friend or something. Lol

What can you get from TBL? Why he needs to abuse?
@xMarleyx, although the video does prove that you were on the ground in the first round, in subsequent rounds you did not take damage.
We understand that you and the opposing team are guild members, however there is no proof in this video (nor in the original video/thread) that you and your guild members discussed together to send a report. Please understand that from our perspective it seemed as though there was no intention from you to report the problem. To tell us after the fact, puts us in a difficult situation, yet we will not change our previous stance.
We hope that you understand our decision.

This is such a joke, it’s worth a “stop embarassing yourself”.
I didn’t know in which post I should reply but this last reply from a gm seems worth it.
To start the video should only help gm to start an investigation done by logs, which I doubt happened. The fact that his guild wanted to report later or not can’t puts a gm in in a difficult position since in any way, in both case (guilty or not) logs would have told what happened.
Then just from watching the video, to start our dear Marley(unknown to me) was dead in the first round yes but banned because he supposedly didn’t take damage in the next 2 round.
Sadly from watching the video, in those next 2 round he was only attacked twize by an ice bolt (mostly because the pd was bugued by snowroll but that isn’t the subject of the ban here so it shouldn’t matter, and anyway our gm are aware of how snowroll bug works, at least I hope so). And in those 2 ice bolt (from a cryo (low lvl or not, and bad gear, audra ? probably non-upgraded) ) he did take around 200 damage (shown in the video at around 4:00) which should have been shown in the logs, and is contrary to what @STAFF_Letitia just said.
And since from the other post, the ban for vacapowerthingyname should be the same reason, we can tell the same thing from the video, his ennemy never attacked him in the video (one bugued, the other not being a dps didn’t even try to) . I don’t care much if vacthingyname ban is deserved or not, but if it’s really because he didn’t take damage when 1) he has higher mdef by his ennemy, 2) his ennemy didn’t even attack him for other reason (other bugs or whatever) it would just be abuse of power.
As I had already said in the other post, next thing we will see in this forum will be report of everyone taking 1 damage and asking to ban them, or even better just not attacking them and telling they abuse a bug where the ennemy doesn’t want to attack.

@STAFF_Letitia I’m not taking advantage of anything like I said we use teamspeak, members of my guild are telling you in tickets and through the forum including @samuka156 the ones that posted the video reporting, we’re trying to show you that I have nothing to do with it , Played tbl twice and just died in all, I enter a match with the automatic balance of the game together with the player and now pay for an unfair ban, I think you will recover that decision of my suspension.
Still don’t know who’s right or wrong. All I know is don’t report anything to IMC from now on.

To be on the safe side you just need to prevent playing with VacaOverpower and leave the match, so you don’t get banned because of his bug abuse.
Well… I hope I don’t get banned for reciving 1 damage from catagon’s rush.
Anyways, desync is something real in pvp. The staff don’t play the game so they don’t have any notion of what happens in iToS arena (or the game).
Dark Theurge causes people to desync and crash.
Telekinesis cause visual desync to the user.
And more skills can desync too.
I’m sick of sjws. Not that i’m playing devil’s advocate. I remember who did ignite the spark of chaos in the global chat in the Sunday of intense crashes by /xxx command, in Silute.
Maybe this ban is just a excuse to punish behavior.
Maybe it’s karma.
IMC should fix the game and the bugs and be more transparent when banning players. Poor Marley, just a sacrifice.
