I am Brazilian and longtime fan of Ragnarok, and like many I started playing this game and I already passionate encounter.
However the TOS since its beginning is with a very serious problem Spammer.
An inefficient measure can only speak in Global chat above level 40, and that nothing solved the problem was adopted.
Then I come to question what the difficulty of IMPOSE methods contraceptives that abusive environment?
I think it is not hard to set limits of words per minute, also there other better rules to control this nasty kind of people.
The players can not currently use the Global Chat with effectiveness because Spammers do not allow us. Besides causing overload on servers that may generate latency problems.
I hope you understand and can measure the size discomfort that this abusive practice is generating for serious players of Tree of Savior.
