The NPC to continue the main quest does not exist anymore.
Have updated the game, taken out addons, tried all, the NPC doesn´t seem to show up.

Tried summoning the NPC by dancing and making an offering to the Demon Lord by the bonfire, but my wishes have still not been fulfilled.

Tried all channels? How about quit and relog?
Game file integrity, no addon, yes addon, relog, change channel, demon lord… nothing worked
I know this sounds stupid and cliche, but have you tried turning it off and on again? (Your PC).

Oh, classic IMC. 2 or more bugs for every 1 fix.
With the glory of Satan on my side, the NPC reappeared!
It was some good 40+ min of ducking around but it came back…
For someone that may come across the issue, when I went back to Klaipeda and then back, she was here. So you might try it if it happens…
