This bug actually happened to me as well. I thought I solved it by changing channels though… O.o
Have you tried changing modes between Keyboard and Mouse?
nope, unfortunately changing the channel didn’t work for me, and i just tried changing it into Keyboard mode, still the same.
now i have to wait a week for them to response and im stuck here, i cant’ even progress now… sigh…
You should be able to abandon that part of the quest and re-fight Helgasercle. That might fix your problem.
there isn’t anything i can abandon, because i have defeated Helgarsercle, now it’s just stuck there, maybe the GM can help me reset the quest if possible.
any more solution to this please…?

Otherwise you may just have to wait a week or more for a GM to fix it.
Or, perhaps restarting the servers for the May 10th maint will fix it for you.
YAAAAASS I found the fix myself!
so i went through all the Channels 1 to 7 again this morning, and it was on Channel 6, the channel where i killed the boss ( it was werid because last night i did the same, but it wasn’t there )
damn this is weird bug, and i hope IMC can really see to these small things.

i just had the same issue as well. I came back after 2hrs and it appeared, though I had to use keyboard because there was no way to click it, so it seems to be very delayed
