Realistically speaking, he can have as many Velcoffer weapons as there are willing people to sell, and as long as he can afford their asking price.

The server is not THAT populated, mind you TOS is pretty fking dead compare to several other games.

Let’s just say you legitimately blew up 20 shields to get to +40 (which is still bullshit and non existence chance). That alone would easily be 800+ diamond anvils. If you truly “just abused” the event, you will need 200+ alt accounts (4 DA per account), 200 tokens, 3000 blessed gems, and a skyhigh number of silver on alts

i broke my masi to 0 pot with only +7, and left only few hundred silver…i dont aim high only +11 and transced stage 5…but what i got tho? because of that i quit tho…to much money to invest on weapon and attribute and transced…and here iam seeing +40, and yeah i saw those +40 shield ingame tho…i dont know it its a bug/explot/legit/cash player but yeah that sure encouraged me to quit this game because i know iam not lucky…the different is to big…even if i wanna make another masi it take time and money to do it…then still depens on luck and money to enchant it…like i said i dont aim high only +11 with transced stage still so hard for unlucky player…and seeing this iam just glad i quit this game lol…just hope maybe someday there are private server or maybe server emulator so that i can test out those thing i missing without investing to much time and money…but who know even some server developement already block by IMC because they afraid private server will kill this game lol
