So now, you can exploit events as much as you want, anything with multi account trading is allowed.
I was curious the entire time if imc itos would check the logs of high refine weapons with a script or algorithm and punish the main accounts using 4 x diamond anvils (event) per account, now itâs official and permitted.

I guess from their POV, since people needs to buy a token (cash or silver doesnât matter) to exploit these events, itâs just more cash.
Iâm not against multiple accounts, games like archeage/poe/tera allows it, but this is way too much into the gray area.
On a player perspective, this is the result of a too heavy RNG/P2W system, where frustration leads to every possible way to circumvent it.
Far from justifying the exploiters, but the system needs to be changed (and DA removed).

2600 shards * 160k = 416m
600m + 416m = ~1bi total.

Everyone knows that using multiple accounts is highly encouraged by TOS events, from the top of my head I count at least four, probably more; I think this mechanism is completely harmful and should be restreined, perhaps limiting the participation of events to players with active token, but this is probably not going to happen, the artificially inflated numbers they receive in these situations may be beneficial in the short term, but eventualy âa casa vai cairâ.
While i agree that multiple accounts should be restreined and all that, doing it that way, with active tokens, is a really bad idea.
A lot of âlegitâ players donât use tokens, and tbh bots users can afford more tokens because of all the silver they make, they could just buy most tokens from the market (also iâm pretty sure 90% of âlegitâ players wouldnât buy TP just to buy a token just to participate in event)

I donât know how many people are playing on the server but I wouldnât risked putting Token on the market that everybody can buy.
I guess I wasnât aware that KTOS announced a potential event that may or may not happen for ITOS and people will just start making alts to "be preparedââŚ?
If this is a +40 primus, then ya nobody would give a flying fk because you can just keep trying with real hard cash, like you said you can gach thousands of dollars till you get enough DA. Thing is Velcoffer item takes time to craft and you need lv360 characters that are well geared to actually run the raid. Velcoffer fragments are also character bound mind you. So realistically speaking, you will only have 1 Velcoffer weapon piece as of today, per character.
You canât fail 20 velcoffer shields because its literally impossible for 1 person to do that, unless we are talking about a whole group of people with a ton of alts providing a â â â â ton of velcoffer shields, a â â â â ton of DA and a â â â â ton of tokens, which I highly doubt is happening on a shield of all things.
I would much rather believe theres some sort of exploits going on, we literally just had an enhancement error patch anyway? And itâs not like people on TOS doesnât abuse exploits/bugs for weeks until IMC reacts to it (all the WB speed/crit exploiters)
You would like to tell me with a straight face that this guy got lucky, but not using some sort of exploits on a server thats infamous for all kinds of kids that abuse exploits/bugs all day long.
If thatâs the case I got nothing else to say.

Here is a refresher:
I wouldnât say the enhancing system should be replaced, even if itâs not that good (okay it sucks, but mostly because of potential and cap).
Lowering the cap to something more reasonnable (+20 ?) would be good for a lot of things (balancing new content, classes in general, also thatâs less silver to spend on weapon, in theory).
Anyway, since everyone here mentions IMC saying these +30 / +40 weapons are legit : IMC said a lot of things before that werenât true, just like they havenât posted news about small updates correcting bugs that barely anyone would notice (cough Falcon AI being bugged last month cough)
Also, considering how many of these +30 and above weapons showed up at the same time , it is very likely that they were made by people who either uses bots or exploits (events, anvil, and so on).
Reminder that equips and weapons above +30 are supposed to be rare and having so many showing up all of a sudden is NOT normal at all, especially with how many players actually⌠well, play the game (if the game had 50K players it might be reasonnable, but with less than 2K, this is very suspiscious, if not impossible).

Always give people the benefit of the doubt. Always. Innocent until proven guilty. Assuming someone cheated because there were other cases is the same as saying all schoolchildren cheat on tests, because some cheated.
I do not give a flying f what you believe, but there is absolutely NO NEED in accusing him for cheating.
From this, we can pretty much tell that you have -NOT- fully read the OP, and are just joining in the accusations. OP has stated that the same dude was shouting to -BUY- velcoffer items. Guess what, they are -TRADABLE-. YOU CAN SELL THEM.
Realistically speaking, he can have as many Velcoffer weapons as there are willing people to sell, and as long as he can afford their asking price.
Protip: Gear that isnât character bound can be team-stored between your Lv360 characters.
Just because you refuse to put in the effort to level multiple accounts / more than 1 Lv360 character doesnât mean that no one is willing to. There is no need to instantly jump to accusations of cheating just because YOU are not willing to put in the same effort. There are folks on Telsiai who run velcoffer on 5 or more characters a week.
From the rest of your post, it seems like it is pretty clear youâve not understood the situation here.
Weâre not talking about cold hard cash diamond anvils. Weâre talking about multi-accounting and using the 4 timed diamond anvils from the transcend event.
KTOS did not âannounced a potential eventâ. KTOS already HAD the event. The transcend change was going to hit ITOS as well. There were even news articles posted about it. Take a risk, get rewarded. Making multiple accounts for event rewards is nothing new. You do not get the right to accuse someone of cheating just because you didnât want to, or didnât do enough research. Just like the rest of the folks screaming âABUSEâ "EXPLOITâ
Multi-accounting is open to all. No entry fees beyond your own effort. 
Theyâre not even making the accounts to bot, just claiming event rewards given to every account. Go do it yourself too. More accounts, more tokens used like this case, more $ to IMC.
Trying to push accusations of legitimacy is such a cop out.
You cannot claim that it is not possible to make X items because there is only 10 existing. Enhancement is a global effect, and thus, you have to take into account all anvil attempts within the period. Per KTOS investigation, there is nothing wrong with the gameâs RNG with regards to anvil attempts.

Most of people complaining knows itâs allowed but heavily disagrees with IMC stance on this.
Itâs not a matter of being lazy.
Youâre not going to use bots just because SEA has many people using bots and getting away with it. You have your own mind and your ability to think and judge things. If you feel like that everything thatâs allowed is also good, many donât feel this way.
The same goes for abusing event mechanics, just the fact that itâs allowed to do it with many accounts like that is frustrating to many players.
Also, to be honest, a good amount of people expected IMC to actually apply sanctions to these type of things once they found out⌠not actually acknowledge it and say itâs ok.
People with many alt AFK necros in the past are part of the reason our economy is messed up today. Itâs not nice this being repeated all over again.

Having +40 item sure nice. But since you can do velcoffer with +11 primus.
Totally not worth effort (at least my effort) for game that might be dead.
