Bug Description :
I delete a character but always takes a place in the number of possible characters to have
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Are you trying to delete ben?

To delete a character all of their equipment must be unequipped, and no Companion can be selected to them.

I’m not sure what you mean. I see 3 characters and a pet.
Pet takes a character slot if you’re not aware.

Your screenshot shows 4 characters: ben, bensen, besen and your pet (Linked to ben)

All accounts start with 4 character slots, so if you want to make a new one you will have to buy another slot.
