Bug Description :
When using Dehvlin Gauntlets, slash damage is increased vs. plate armor targets as intended with most skills. However, with Cyclone active, damage received from plate armor enemies is increased rather than damage dealt to plate armor enemies.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Equip Dehvlin Gauntlets
- Use Cyclone
- Receive damage from a plate armor enemy during Cyclone

As you can see, damage taken without the gauntlets is slightly higher normally because of reduced defense, but during Cyclone with Dehvlin Gauntlets equipped the damage is vastly higher than without, while damage dealt to the enemy is the same.
