Bug Description :
Deeds Of Valor attack speed not working with sub-weapon attack until weapon swap.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Equip Dopplesnoedler with sword and dagger or sword and pistol
  2. Check auto attack speed with sub-weapon
  3. Cast Deeds of Valor, and check at attack speed of sub-weapon
  4. Swap weapons back and forth, and check attack speed of sub-weapon
