Hi guys, I want to write again, the major bug regardid Deeds of Valor, a buff skill from Doppelsoeldner.
It’s supposed to give extra Attack Speed plus Attack Damage + Defense penalty per stack, however, only the added damage and defense penalty works, there is no attack speed buff at all.
I think all buffs with attack speed is broken. Maybe there is some aspd system that doesn’t finshed yet.
Attack speed is definitely important in combat. It helps keep you on the offensive without giving opponents a chance to breathe. Thanks for this report Savior. I’ll make sure that the devs look into this issue. It does appear to be something that needs fixing. 
Don’t forget to add also Chronomancers quicken in your report. Doesn’t work also. I tested it with lvl 10 quicken, that gives 300 attack speed. And i didn’t see any difference, same as my friends.
