Bug Description :
Debuff are not reset between the 60s of preparation in tbl and the first round. Any kino / sage that can teleport during the 60s can get near the ennemy, and when close to the start of first round put a DoT / debuff / etc on the ennemy team and that debuff will continue when first round start, meaning they can put sleep or even mastema so people die at start of first round without them getting out of the safe zone.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Play a tbl match
- Play kino / sage or vs kino / sage
- Those kino / sage teleport until they get in range of the ennemy
- Then wait around 57s before puttin a dot / debuff on them
- the ennemy will start first round with the debuff o nthem, which can even kill them.
