Planning on making a CC PsyChrono build. I’ve been reading a bit on clerics and noticed that they had many anti-debuff skills (looking at you plague doctor…) and each different skill can affect a level of debuff (1, 2 and 3).
My questions are :

What counts as a debuff ? Sure there are the usual slow/stun/freeze/poison , but does stuff like telekinesis, raise, magnetic pole count as debuff ?
