No. a lot of people will try it, not everyone will stay. The MMO market is almost saturated. There are more MMO’s than hairs on my head and people like different things. But, naturally, you should bring all your friends over to ToS ASAP
Only a few understood your sarcasm.
pretty much the reason for why 90-95% of the MMORPGs I find makes me quit so early XD
It’s not just RO players looking for a modern nostalgic game, this resembles Nexus TK in so many ways. Which imo is perfect.
Yes, I firmly believe that humans all over the world will stop breathing for the entire duration of the iCBT if they don’t own a beta key.
That’s the reason why I am here my friend. Tree of Savior will literally become my “savior” in these dark times for MMOs!

It’ll do fine, but times have changed since RO. People don’t flock to one game anymore unfortunately. They lose patience very fast.
Don’t forget that giant mmo will finally come also to west after so many years of waiting hahaha
OP has been out in the sun too long.
There are a lot of people who’ve been complaining about the exp rates recently. I guess “Death to all MMOs” is not gonna happen.
There’s a lot of diferent kinds of players. I think a lot of them are in ARPG right now, so no, I don’t think ToS gonna kill the other games.
Okay first of all, what the hell are you on about? And secondly I think that this game is going to be a pay to win game. This game will not be the biggest mmorpg when people realise how linear it is.
troll, thread is troll
ToS isn’t exactly a WoW-killer (or even competitor), the game is fun in it’s own way. There are more sandbox MMOs coming out, like Blade & Soul and Black Desert Online.
Tree of Savior is a really unique game, that also appeals to a unique group of gamers. The game is already very popular for it’s early stage, and I think it has the potential to be very successful at launch.
No real marketing has been done so far by IMCGames, yet the forums are super active and many people wanted to join the beta.
I doubt. There are other genres out there and other people prefer other stuff. including Graphics who res cough * cough* that won’t play TOS mainly because of that.
So yeah. Not because a game is popular to some, it’ll be popular to everyone and start hoping into the wagon. nuff said
It won’t be the “death” of all MMO’s. I just want a game with a community that is actually good and friendly. I’ve spent too many years in the toxic COD, xbox/psn communities.
This game has an old school, nostalgic feel and I think being a smaller game with a reasonably small player base (less than 250k) the community and game will be very positive and fun.
