If this is a dead game… there wouldnt be any new people posting…
I think you created some sort of paradox.

Nowhere did I say it was a dead game O.o
life support game maybe. 4348 online in US peak hour. TOS has far less players in NA than SEA. a few thousand for six servers is sad.
The OP claims it and you back him.
Long queue times is a real game issue. This wouldn’t have happened if they normalized levels in merc missions but this is too hard for TOS progammers.
Too many levels also spreads the player base thin across the level range. Normalizing levels in instances can fix this issue.
Maybe it died as soon as i joined?

Yah apparently so. Or maybe try using less hyperbolic titles. (though I like when you do, gets the whihueknights into all sorts of contradictory statements)

I am not experiencing 1 hour waiting queues in missions, just a minute or two. I just enter it when mission reset starts (6:00 pm EDT SouthEast Asia Varena Server).
because tree of u-can-only-do-dun/mission-6pm-12midnight-daily

Tree of peak hour gaming
sad attempt to change focus of thread to something else
either normalize the dun/mission
or cross all server dun/mission queue
fcuk ping/latency, is dun/mission even competitive?
i play a international mmo, not a local cybercafe lan party sh1t
if i want to queue dun160 3am in the morning, you better make sure i can find party 3am or the game is dead!
dota2, u can find any mmr game anytime, coz average 500k dota2 online everytime!
5k pop for all tos server , if this is not a sign the game is dead, then i dont know what is dead anymore…
Or do you mean sad attempt at titling a post…
Too easy to bait you all. Im watching you all derail your own threads. It’s amusing.
Ikr. True. I think another solution is to make the dungeon que system more simple, where the first five people to que up will be automatically formed into a party, or once the number of people reaches 5+ an RNG system starts randomly choosing members. I don’t care if i get 5 Clerics,5 swordsman, or 5 Wizards, as long as it’ll only take 5-10 seconds max to que.
lol 5-10secs is exaggerated
5-10min is ok
50min-100min queue is not okay.
oh, my bad
i meant 5-10sec queue is exaggerated for imc…
imc is not that great…
we can still dream, but 5-10min queue seems a more realistic goal for now
ofcourse, finding party in seconds is best, but i dont think mmorpg is all about queing in lobby like fps/moba
Screw CS:Go ever play Warcraft III? They didn’t cap the queue times on that. I remember driving 45min to a neighboring city for pasta. Having delicious pasta. Driving back. And still in queue. I spent probably 5x more time playing on ZSNES while in queue then actually playing WC3.
wc3 normal game on bnet?
wow, thats… old. lol.
No matter how much i look at it, i can never go back to playing WoW anymore. The game’s just too old now. Rich in content, but too old.
